Ten Kate Racing have today confirmed they will be back in the WorldSBK Championship this season but haven’t yet released details of riders or manufacturer.
Ten Kate have been a huge part of the growth of the WorldSBK championship, being a staple in the championship’s structure. One WorldSBK title and nine WorldSSP titles make them one of the most decorated teams in the paddock, with 42 WorldSBK wins amassed.
The Dutch outfit have been continuously working to put a team together and can announce that they will unveil their project at the Motul-backed Assen Round.
It would appear the team have the option of Suzuki or Yamaha machinery and the list of riders will be a decent length, but the smart money goes on Lorenzo Savadori and Loris Baz, who both lost rides at the end of 2018, being near the top.
